    Then you can respectively send a command PARAM#, GPRSSET# and STATUS# by your phone through SMS, and forward these reply to us. When we receive your IMEI and these reply, we will help you to solve this problem more easily and efficiency.
     
    2. Q: What is the difference between “The First Year Use” and “Lifetime Use”?
    A: The First Year Use means you can use our platform “Tracksolid” for one year.
                Lifetime Use means you can use our platform “Tracksolid” for twenty years.
     
    3. Q: What is the warranty for your Concox GPS tracker?
    A: For most consumer electronics, the seller just provide one year warranty.If you buy our Concox GPS tracker and use our platform for lifetime use, We will provide three years warranty.
     
     
    4. Q: How do I get access to your Platform “Tracksolid”
    A: When you use your computer, you can search “ www.tracksolid.com“ to get our platform. When you use your phone, you can download our APP “Tracksolid” from APP store or Google play.
     
    5. Q: How do I access my account?
    A: There have two choice for you.
      (1). Please provide the IMEI of your GPS Tracker, your usename and password to us. We will help you to create a account that use your usename and password for you.
      (2). You can download our APP “Tracksolid” from APP store or Google play. Then use your Email to registration a account.
    At the same time, If you buy more than one Concox GPS trackers, you can contact us. We will be very help to create an account for you, so you can monitor multiple devices on our platform at the same time. The next time when buy another our GPS Tracker, we can also help you to put this IMEI to your account.
     
    6. Q: Does Concox GPS tracker need a SIM card?
    A: Yes, think of your tracker as another phone. You insert a SIM card and that phone number is where you send your text messages to. A suitable simcard is a first necessity to make it work.
